Our GetOne and Metro chairs carry a 5-year warranty, our NetOne and Thrive Highback chairs carry a 7-year warranty on all parts (excluding fabric) – during which time repairs are free of charge. Kindly note that a collection and delivery or call out fee may be applicable.

We have complete faith in the quality and comfort of our products, which is why we offer an industry-leading Comfort Guarantee. If any one of our products doesn’t change your working life, you can return it to us within 30 days for a full monetary refund, provided the chair is still in pristine condition.
