I've been using a gaming chair for over a year. This led me to getting alot of pain in my lower back. I decided to sell it and go for an Ergotherapy chair. This was one of the best decisions I could have made.

Ergotherapy's service levels were amazing in helping me choose the correct chair. Their delivery and response times to my various queries were fast and they kept me in the loop every step of the way.

After 21 days I can honestly say that this chair took a few days to get used to.. But the more I use it, the more I love it. My back pain has drastically been reduced. The chair itself looks futuristic and is very comfortable. Definitely worth it.

I have had this chair now for just over a month and I am impressed, though my use of ergonomic chairs is sparse I have to say nothing has compared to this.

Being more on the heavy side, chairs don't last very long for me and this chair has lasted thus far without issue.

I sit at my desk pretty much 24/7 and I never actually believed ergonomic chairs made a difference, I had a normal office chair before this one and my back was consistently stiff and felt like a rock, this chair has actually sorted out my back issues which surprised me.

This is a game changer and for the cost its well worth it.

Good chair, promotes good posture. I have been using for a week and feels great. The one gripe I have is the headrest could be better as some have "heavy heads" thus may not last too long. Its 7 year guarantee is awesome and pretty sure can't be beat. I recommend this product to a seasoned gamer or anyone that sits for long periods, pair with a foot rest and you have an excellent setup.

Having used 'traditional' gaming chairs that despite looking great, lacked breathable material and ergonmics, I have absolutely loved my Ergo G!

Love, love, love this! Would highly recommend to anyone that spends the majority of their work day at a desk. I was suffering terribly with neck and shoulder pain, and this has alleviated so much of the strain! One of Ergotherapy's chairs is next on my wishlist :)

If heaven has a waiting room, a NetOne high back is probably part of the seating arrangements. Closer to home, I couldn’t be more pleased with my recent purchase; its good looking, the quality is excellent - it's definitely not made-in-who-knows-where using paper mache off-cuts. But most importantly, it sits like a dream. The seating base is large, which I like, as I'm over 1.90 meters tall. I've also been able to adjust the seating specs to my heart's content - adjusting the chair and arm rest's height independently, the back rest incline angle and incline stiffness, etc. The only complaint is that I'm too tall for the head rest; it's highest setting is probably 5cm too low.

Last, but not least: I'm not often lost for words, but I was REALLY impressed with the customer service I received from ergotherapy.co.za. The level of customer service I received during my chair-died-on-a-Monday-I-need-a-new-chair-on-Tuesday-challenge was simply marvellous.

Would be great if it allowed you to adjust a cm or 2 lower but can always get a foot rest (I am short)
